Lumbini Chief Minister removed 6 experts and advisers

Lumbini Chief Minister Chetnarayan Acharya has removed 6 people from his 14-member secretariat. He removed 6 people including 4 experts and 2 advisers from the secretariat.

The Ministry of Finance had decided not to hire more experts, advisors and coordinators than necessary to prevent wasteful spending. In the state too, there was criticism for forming a jumbo team of experts and advisers in the Chief Minister's Secretariat.

Chief Minister Acharya took the decision to stop the facility of pre-specialists in the Lumbini state government within three months of his appointment . The Chief Minister, who conveyed a good message from that, appointed workers in his secretariat team with the responsibilities of education experts, rural development experts, infrastructure experts, political advisors, and public relations advisors. After increasing criticism, the Chief Minister removed 4 experts and 2 advisers among them.

According to the Chief Minister's Office, Chief Minister Acharya has removed political advisor Laxmanraj Gyawali, public relations advisor Ram Bahadur Raut, economist Ishwari Prasad Aryal, infrastructure expert Jeevan Aryal, rural development expert Yuvraj Ghimire and education expert Dal Bahadur Gurung.

The Secretariat of the Chief Minister issued a statement on Wednesday and announced the removal of experts and advisers. However, according to sources in the Chief Minister's Office, Chief Minister Acharya decided to remove the experts and advisers a week after the Genji movement. Chief Minister Acharya also said that unnecessary experts and advisers have been removed. "Experts and advisers were hired to facilitate the work of the province legislatively," he said. He said that decisions will be taken according to the needs of others.

Although 6 people have been removed now, according to the latest decision and letter of the Federal Ministry of Finance, only three people can be kept in the personal secretariat of the Chief Minister, Minister and Head of State. If this decision is implemented, there will be 5 more people in the Secretariat of Chief Minister Acharya.

According to the chief minister's office sources, Gyawali, a political consultant, used to receive 80 thousand 840 rupees per month as a state minister. Apart from that, he also got a personal assistant, an office assistant and a driver as additional facilities. Public relations consultant Raut also appointed 3 employees separately with 64 thousand 800 rupees per month as an assistant minister . Experts Ishwari Prasad Aryal, Jeevan Aryal Yuvraj Ghimire and Dal Bahadur Gurung were paid Rs 60,490 per month.
