DSP Chakra Bahadur Shah informed that the escaped prisoners are being arrested and handed over to the jail.
During the Zenji movement, on 24th and 25th of Bhadra, 124 and 129 prisoners escaped by breaking the main gate of the prison.
The prison administration has called upon the absconding prisoners to return by October 20. If you return after that time, further action will be taken.
At present, there are 357 people including 6 dependent children in Tulsipur prison, informed the prison chief Gir Bahadur Sejuwal.
