She said that even though the Congress did not care about small matters, there were more problems. "The party's distraction is a problem within itself rather than other parties," she said.
Joint General Minister Upadhyay says that the number of people who claim injustice has increased, and that there is a need to document it and create an environment that gives justice to everyone. She said that now is the time for the party's policy to take the determination and commitment to change the country.

Congress district chairman Himaladat Shrestha, secretary Santosh Thapa Magar, Sunita Adhikari, treasurer Mohan Prasad Shrestha, former secretary Madhav Nepal and others urged the party to come up with policies and programs that attract attention and suggested the role to be played for good governance, transparency and accountability.
