One person died due to electrocution while climbing a pole and making a net. 36-year-old Bhimalal Tharu of Ward No. 1 Bhurigaon died on Wednesday afternoon after being electrocuted while making a net while climbing a pole in Thakurbaba Municipality-7 Sundarpur.
Tharu was electrocuted while climbing an electric pole to make a net and fell from the pole and was seriously injured. He was taken to City Hospital Bhurigaon for treatment. DSP Chakra Bahadur Damarpal informed that the doctor declared the injured Tharu dead at 2:10 PM during treatment. The body has been kept at Bardia Hospital for post-mortem.
