Police arrested ten people with cash while gambling. They were arrested by the police on Tuesday night while playing gambling from Shantipur, Bansgadhi Municipality-3.
Based on the information that they were playing gambling at the house of Khim Bahadur Mahat in Bansgadhi Municipality-3 Shantipur, the police team deputed from ELA Police Office Motipur have detained them.
54 thousand 315 cash, 2 Gaddi Tas and 5 mobile phones have been recovered from gambling houses. Those arrested are 18-year-old Saugat Khadka, 31-year-old Sajit Gujar, 28-year-old Anup Khadka, 33-year-old Lok Bahadur Khadka and 41-year-old Ram Sharan Tharu of Bansgarhi Municipality-3 Shantipur.
60-year-old Khim Bahadur Mahat, 39-year-old Bhupendra Dangi, 51-year-old Ramu Khadka, 30-year-old Vijay Kumar Khadka and 25-year-old Dhiraj Kumar Khatri are from the same place.
DSP Chakra Bahadur Damarpal of the District Police Office informed them on Wednesday that the District Administration Office had given them a 7-day deadline.
