Bipin Paudel, the district chairman of the National Independent Party, Bardia, has passed away. 47-year-old Paudel of Bansgarhi Municipality-4 died in Singapore on Tuesday.
The President went to Singapore on a personal visit for 15 days.
President Paudel passed away due to a heart attack, RSVP district secretary Deepak BC said. "He left home on July 1 for a personal visit," he said.
While he was resting at the hotel, he suddenly developed health problems and was taken to the nearest hospital. During the treatment, the doctor declared Paudel dead, the secretary BC said that he received information from his friend who went with him.
