A woman has died due to a motorcycle collision in Hupsekot Rural Municipality-3 of Nawalparasi (East of Bardghat Susta). Three others were injured in the same accident.

35-year-old local Shobha Sigdel, who was seriously injured after being hit by a motorcycle at Hoopsekot-3 Bhupati Chowk on Thursday night, died today during treatment.

Shobha and Indira Koirala were hit by a motorcycle number G7P 2721 going from Giruvari to Vasantpur while they were walking on the road, said Police Superintendent Yadav Dhakal of District Police Office Nawalparasi (Bardghat Susta East).

Both the people who were seriously injured in the accident were taken to the hospital for treatment. Shobha Sigdel died while Indira Koirala is being treated.

35-year-old Nishan Singh Thakuri, a resident of Hoopsekot Rural Municipality-2 Kolia, and 32-year-old Som Bahadur Somai of Hoopsekot-2 Kolia, who was behind the motorcycle, are also undergoing treatment at the local hospital.
