A body of a child was found in the canal. The body of a child was found at the place where the netting was placed under the bridge of Babai irrigation canal in Rajitol, Barbardia Municipality-7, around 11 am on Thursday.
DSP Chakra Bahadur Dammarpar of the District Police Office informed that the body of 14-year-old Yash Kumar Tharu of Barbardia-3 Bangai was found in the canal. The child had left home to play on Wednesday. DSP Dammarpar said that the incident is being further investigated.
