In Banke, a young man carrying Nepali Army's identity card was arrested by the police with more than 10 grams of the drug brown sugar.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Deepak Patli, Police Spokesperson of the District Police Office, Banke, said that 26-year-old Sanju Ale, who was working in the army and had an identity card from Baijnath Rural Municipality-2, was detained with 10 grams and 620 milligrams of brown sugar.
