One person was injured by the leopard attack. 32-year-old Birendra Yadav of Gulria Municipality-7 was injured by a leopard attack.

Vijayraj Subedi, Head of the Division Forest Office, said that the leopard attacked Yadav when he went to cut grass in Sarju Community Forest located in Gularia Municipality-6 around 5 pm on Saturday.

'Ghaite Yadav's condition is normal,' Chief Subedi said, 'He has a minor head injury, Yadav has returned home at night after treatment at Bardia Hospital.'

7-year-old Saira Tharu of Gularia Municipality-5 Balapur was attacked and killed by a leopard on 14th June last. Similarly, on the 15th of Baisakh, 9-year-old Melina Khadka was killed by a leopard in Gulria municipality-6 dumping side Surju community forest.
