Police have arrested two people with drugs. They were arrested by the police on Monday evening along with drugs from No. 4 Chowk in Baghaiyatal Rural Municipality-2, Futaha.
Those arrested are 24-year-old Saroj Kumar Chaudhary of Baijnath Rural Municipality-7, Pedri and 18-year-old Ravi Chaudhary of Balaigaon, Motipur Police Station, Bahraich District, India. Both of them were coming from Balaigaon market towards Nepal and the police said that drugs were found when they were arrested and checked.
The police claim that they found 4 grams of 70 milligrams of drugs, a brown powder that looks like brown sugar. DSP Chakra Bahadur Damarpal of the District Police Office has informed that after taking the two people into custody, the court extended the deadline of 5 days and further investigation was started.
