The police have arrested two people with the drug brown sugar.

Police arrested 20-year-old Gangasagar Tharu of Banke Baijnath Rural Municipality-7 and 26-year-old Dipendra Kumar Tharu of Ward No.-5 with drugs from Baghaiyatal Rural Municipality-2 Footah on Saturday afternoon. 

On the suspicion that both of them were walking towards Nepal from the Indian Balai village market on the border, the police said that drugs were found when they were detained and checked. The police said that 3 grams of 320 milligrams of brown sugar-like powder in black plastic was found. 

DSP Chakra Bahadur Damarpal informed that both of them were taken into custody and the court extended the deadline of 5 days and kept them in the area police office Mainapokhar. Further investigation is underway.
