Sankhari Tharu said that even though she underwent leg surgery twice at her own expense, her broken leg was not fixed. "We were returning home from Dhanura with 4 people including Jethani," she said, "there was a crackling sound, everyone who was with us ran away, I was not able to escape, suddenly a rhinoceros hit me from behind, I left the house safely, when I came back I broke my leg and came back injured." Shankhari Tharu said that no one helped her with medical treatment when she was injured by a rhinoceros. "At that time, it was a bit cheaper and we had surgery on a broken leg in a hospital located in Nepalgunj and put a rod in it," she said. She told me that if she did not take medicine for a day, her legs hurt so much that she could not take it. She said that she had and even paid off the debt and got treatment. "We incurred a lot of debt while getting treatment for our feet," she said.
With a disappointed face, she said, 'There is only an old mother-in-law in the house, she cannot work, she has to do all the work with the help of crutches such as cooking, cleaning the house, washing clothes. Your feet are like this.' His eldest daughter is married, his son works as a plumber in Kathmandu. My little daughter is also studying in Kathmandu.
