A fire broke out in a truck in Kawasoti under the Mahendra highway on Monday.

According to the District Police Office, the fire broke out in a truck parked in front of Kaligandaki Hospital near Thakalichowk in Kawasoti.

The front part of the truck is burnt. The fire was extinguished within a few minutes with the help of the police, fire brigade and locals.

On Monday morning, a fire broke out in the front part of truck number 0537. The police said that the engine may have started the fire itself.
