The cabinet meeting of the Lumbini state government held on Friday approved the policy and program for the upcoming financial year 2082/083.
Government Spokesperson and Minister of Agriculture, Land Management and Cooperatives Dinesh Panthi informed that the meeting held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Chetnarayan Acharya decided to approve the policies and programs for the coming year. He said that the meeting requested the provincial chief to present the policy and program in the provincial assembly on May 5.
Likewise, the meeting has decided to approve the submission of the bill to amend the District Assembly and District Coordination Committee Operation Act, 2075.
Similarly, the meeting has decided to approve the submission of the bill for the establishment and operation of Lumbini Pragya Pratishthan in the Provincial Assembly.
