Fourteen people were injured in a bus accident on the Ghorahi-Tulsipur road section on Monday. The accident took place when the bus No. RA 1 B 3126 of Ambikeshwari Transport Pvt. Ltd., which was going to Tulsipur from Ghorahi, collided with a motorcycle No. RA 6 P 2629 at Belzhundi, located on the border of Tulsipur sub-metropolis-17 and 18.
Police Inspector Surya Rana, information officer of Tulsipur area police office, said that while the motorcycle overtook the bus and made a sudden turn, the bus went out of control and fell on the side of the road.
The condition of one of the injured is serious and the condition of all others is normal, he said. The injured are being treated at Rapti Regional Hospital, Tulsipur.
