The cabinet meeting held on Wednesday of the Lumbini state government has changed the responsibilities of the secretaries. The meeting held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Chetnarayan Acharya has approved the supplementary and special grant projects and decided to send them to the National Planning Commission.
