C Garment, run by the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) led by Netra Vikram Chand, has been inaugurated. Chand, the party president of the Garment, which operates in Shivraj Municipality-1, Bankatta, inaugurated it on Wednesday.
Chairman Chand, while giving his opening speech, said that the foundation of a self-sufficient economy should be laid by increasing domestic production. He also said that the Garment Industry has been operated with the aim of making maximum use of local resources by encouraging the Nepali people to use indigenous products through garment operations.
He also urged everyone to join production and business saying that CPN is moving forward as a party on the path of independent economy. Garment in-charge Sangam C said that the industry, which has been operating since May at a cost of 10 lakhs of 
party, has produced and sold 600 coats, pants and shirts, 300 tracksuits, 300 half pants-t-shirts and 300 jhals in a period of nine months. "Now we have to increase the investment," he said, "We started with 1 million, now the target is to reach 20 million."
