The building, built with an investment of 7 crores, is unused

The building constructed by the Urban Development and Building Department Chitwan at Ramgram Municipality-2 in West Nawalparasi has become unusable.

Girjashankar Rauniar, a resident of Ramgram, told

He said, "I submitted an application to the municipality for the shutter rent. Even though the municipality asked the head of the municipality to stay in the rental that was not provided, I withdrew the amount I had deposited after a month after the shutter was not rented."

It is said that it has been more than four years since the construction company run by Chitan completed the physical infrastructure of the building in Hatbazar. The urban development and building construction department of Chitwan has constructed a building to protect the traders who come to the market during the rainy season from the rain and sun and to organize the market. Sub-engineer Birendra Mandal said that the

department has built more than 100 shutters at a cost of seven crores. According to him, the building is unused as the work of toilets, sanitary and wiring is yet to be done.

Mayor Dhanpat Yadav said that although the Ramgram Municipality has issued notices four times to rent out the room constructed by the department, the tenant has not been contacted yet.
