The Tulsipur-Ghorahi road has been blocked since Monday afternoon after one person died in a collision with a truck.

After the death of 56-year-old Jung Bahadur Chaudhary of Tulsipur-7 Ghuseri due to a truck collision near Hattikhowa Chowk in Tulsipur on Sunday, his relatives blocked the road.

They blocked the road demanding action against the culprits and proper compensation. The police have informed that they are discussing opening the road with the relatives of the deceased at the area police office Tulsipur.

The 47-year-old Teertha Bahadur Khatri of Tulsipur-7, a motorcycle driver, was seriously injured in a collision with a truck. The truck driver, 45-year-old Jairam Adhikari of Jitpursimra sub-metropolitan city-16 of Bara, has been detained by the police.
