The Tulsipur-Ghorahi road has been blocked since Monday afternoon after one person died in a collision with a truck.

After the death of 56-year-old Jung Bahadur Chaudhary of Tulsipur-7 Ghuseri due to a truck collision near Hattikhowa Chowk in Tulsipur on Sunday, his relatives blocked the road.

They blocked the road demanding action against the culprits and proper compensation. The police have informed that they are discussing opening the road with the relatives of the deceased at the area police office Tulsipur. 

Tulsipur-6 near Hattikhowa Chowk on Sunday afternoon when a truck numbered Na 6 B 5922 hit a motorcycle numbered Lu.Pr.02001 P 2868 going from Tulsipur to Ghorahi, Chaudhary who was riding the motorcycle died on the spot.

The 47-year-old Teertha Bahadur Khatri of Tulsipur-7, a motorcycle driver, was seriously injured in a collision with a truck. The truck driver, 45-year-old Jairam Adhikari of Jitpursimra sub-metropolitan city-16 of Bara, has been detained by the police.
