Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is going to make a special address at the Lumbini Provincial Assembly meeting on February 5. While coming to participate in the senate meeting of Rapti Institute of Health Sciences, the provincial government has managed the time to address the provincial assembly meeting as well.

Speaker of Lumbini Province Tularam Gharti has sent an invitation through Chief Minister Chetnarayan Acharya on Friday according to sub-rule (2) of Rule 220 of Lumbini Pradesh Sabha Rules, 2079. 

According to the Speaker's invitation, Chief Minister Acharya has already sent an invitation to Prime Minister Oli on Friday. Prime Minister Oli said that the program has been decided to address the meeting to be held on Monday, February 5th. "We have also managed the time by inviting the Prime Minister for a special address," he said, "The Prime Minister will attend the program to be held in Ghorahi after addressing the Provincial Assembly meeting on Monday and will participate in the senate meeting of the Rapti Health Science Academy on Tuesday." 

He said that the provincial government had discussed with the Prime Minister and managed the program and time.
