Lumbini Chief Minister Chetnarayan Acharya has said that responsible journalism is the need of the day.

Representing Press Chowtari Nepal Dang, Acharya while addressing a program held in Ghorahi on Friday to honor the newly elected officers of the Federation of Nepalese Journalists, expressed the opinion that journalists should work responsibly towards the society. Pointing out the need for

decent and professional journalism, Acharya expressed his concern that some distortions and inconsistencies have entered.
