Fraudster arrested for extracting gold from underground

An Indian citizen who cheated millions by saying that he will extract gold from underground in Banke has been arrested. 42-year-old Sadabuddin Halwai, a resident of Balrampur Sihpuri, Uttar Pradesh, India, was arrested by the Banke police.

Nasir Ahmed Behna of Nepalgunj sub-metropolitan city-19 near Mohanpur brick kiln, on the basis of a complaint that Sadabuddin had repeatedly cheated him of Rs 20 million saying that there was gold under the ground in the brick kiln and that he was going to extract the said gold. Arrested.

The police arrested Halwai from Nepalgunj sub-metropolitan city-4 bus park and tried the case after extending the deadline from the court.

According to the police, he was arrested and detained on Saturday morning. The police recovered from him three clay bells, three brass bells, Ganesha idols, various types of stones, three boxes made of metal, a box with amulets inside a black leather bag, and a book written in Urdu letters. 

Alotak 10 silver car with Indian license plate number UP32P 6110 and Nepali and Indian bank checks were seized by the police  It has been recovered.
