Three people from the same house have died due to electrocution. Deputy Superintendent of Police Janak Bahadur Malla informed that 55-year-old Dilsara KC of Rapti Rural Municipality-3 Ghantdev Chowk and her husband Gorakh Bahadur KC, 60, and four-year-old grandson Krishna KC were among the deceased.

According to the police, Dilsara and Nati Krishna died on the spot after being electrocuted by a high-tension line on Saturday afternoon, while the injured 60-year-old Gorakh Bahadur died at the Lumbini Provincial Hospital, Butwal.

The Nepal Electricity Authority's high-tension line wire suddenly snapped and got electrocuted when it reached the yard of the house, police said.
