There are currently 40 helpless senior citizens living in the Vishranti Old Age Home located in Mulghat, Ward No. 9, Dhankuta Municipality. The old age home has been nurturing and caring for them.

The Employees Provident Fund has provided financial assistance of Rs 100,000 to the Vishranti Old Age Home operating in Mulghat of the district. The amount was provided through the Dhankuta Service Center under the Provident Fund's social responsibility program.

Chief of the Dhankuta Service Center, Jhalakraj Sharma, handed over a check of Rs 100,000 to the Chairman of the Vishranti Ashram Management Committee, Sharda Prasad Mishra. Chief Sharma informed that although the assistance was received from the central office, it was transferred through the branch office. He expressed confidence that such social work would make a significant contribution to the protection of the helpless and senior citizens.
