In both constituencies of Ilam, the Shram Sanskriti Party led by Hark Sampang has received the highest number of votes in the proportional representation. In this two constituencies, the Congress candidate won from constituency number 1 directly and the UML candidate from constituency number 2 directly.

According to the final results of the recently completed proportional representation, the Shram Sanskriti Party has received 16,550 votes in Ilam-1. The National Independent Party came second in this constituency with 13,696 votes, while the Nepali Congress received only 10,816 votes. In this constituency, the Congress candidate received 14,543 votes while Shram Sanskriti's Binod Nemwang Limbu received 13,632 votes.

While Shram Sanskriti, which came second in the direct representation, rose to first place, the Congress fell to third place in the proportional representation. The National Independent Party came second in the proportional representation with 13,696 votes and the Nepali Congress came third with 10,816 votes. Here, the CPN-UML has got 10,382 votes, while the Nepali Communist Party has got 4,583 votes.

Similarly, in Ilam-2, the Shram Sanskriti Party has also come first in proportional votes. In this area, Shram Sanskriti has got 17,482 votes. Here, the UML, which directly elected its candidates, is in second place with 16,462 votes, while the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) is in third place with 13,341 votes. While the Congress got 11,919 votes, the Nepali Communist Party got 1,250 votes.
