Timecards have been introduced for the operation of transportation and means of transport on the Bhedetar-Namje section of the under-construction Bhedetar-Rabi-Ranke road.

As the work of cutting the Thumki cliff for the expansion of the Bhedetar-Namje section is underway, a time card arrangement has been implemented for vehicle movement. The Indian APCO Infratech construction company has stated that the time card has been implemented in coordination with the Sangurigadhi Rural Municipality.

Since heavy equipment has to be operated for the cliff cutting and stone breaking work, traffic will be opened only at certain times in the morning, afternoon and evening to reduce the risk. According to the project, in the first phase, the road will be closed from 7 am to 9:30 am, 10:30 am to 1 pm, 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Similarly, the road section will be closed from 5 pm to 6 pm and from 8 pm to 1 am, APCO Infratech Company has stated.

During the remaining time, transport and passenger vehicle drivers have been urged to exercise caution and travel, said Deepak Magar, Ward Chairman of Sangurigadhi Rural Municipality-6.

A 103-kilometer road is under construction from Bhedetar in Dhankuta via Danda Bazar, Rajarani, Chhanambar Budhabare to Ravi and Ranke Bazar in Panchthar. The work is being done with the support of a fully concessional loan of about Rs 3.65 billion from the Exim Bank of India for the construction of the road. This road will provide convenience to the residents of Dhankuta, Ilam and Panchthar.
