The police office and the traffic office in Birtamod, which were destroyed during the demonstration on August 24, have been rebuilt.

The coordination meeting held today at the area police office, Anarmuni concluded that all the preparations for the operation of the building have been completed . The meeting has also decided to start the service from the newly constructed office to facilitate the peace and security of the Birtamod area in the coming days. The reconstruction of the building has been completed with the active initiative of local youth including Sajes Sivakoti, Padam Shrestha, Ramesh Choudhary, Bipin Bajgai, the activists of the

campaign.

During the surveillance, Chief Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Vijay Shrestha of Anarmuni Police Office, Chief Deputy Superintendent of Police Ganesh Paudel of Police Office Birtamod and other security personnel participated. After the monitoring, DSP Shrestha said that all necessary preparations for the operation of the office have been completed.

Bipin Bajgai, campaign engineer, said that an estimated Rs. 9 million has been spent on the reconstruction of the building and some amount is still to be spent. According to him, this was possible only with the economic and social support of the local level, traders and common citizens.
