A woman has died due to electric shock in Barahapokhari Rural Municipality of the district.
On Monday night, the police said that 25-year-old Indra Rai of Barahapokhari rural municipality-4 Phaktang died due to electric shock.
District Police Office Khotang Spokesman Sushant Mishra has said that he died on the spot due to electrocution while disconnecting his mobile phone from charging at around 9:30 pm.
