One person has died due to lightning in Sidingwa Rural Municipality.
Rajkumar Limbu of Sidingwa Rural Municipality-3, who was injured by lightning, died during treatment at the health post in Sablakhu. According to his family sources, he was injured by lightning while sitting at home on Tuesday evening. He was immediately taken to the local hospital.
Similarly, Mission Limbu of Sidingwa Rural Municipality-5 Limbudin has also been injured by lightning. Seventeen-year-old Limbu was struck by lightning. He is being treated at the same health post, Information Officer Vivek Basnet of the District Police Office informed.
