With the variety in the services of the city hospital, after the service was provided from the well-equipped building, now four hundred to five hundred people have started taking the service daily. Mayor of Birtamod Municipality Pavitra Mahtara Prasain said that the health sector has been given special priority by the city. 

'We are preparing for round-the-clock service operation,' he said, 'There is a problem because the construction work of the new building is not completed on time.' Municipal Deputy Chief Nagendra Prasad Sangraula said that after the effective delivery of services from the city hospital, people's representatives from different districts come to understand the state of operation of the city hospital and exchange experience.
