As part of Spark Adventure, which was started with the aim of promoting domestic tourism, from actor Rajesh Hamal, 200 leaders from various fields have arrived in Pathale and Gauritap areas of Solukhumbu.
Along with Hamal, a team of 200 people including actor and captain Vijay Lama, singer Raju Lama, Ani Choing Dolma, Aastha Raut, artist Sandeep Chhetri, industrialists arrived at Gauritap at a height of 3000 meters by electric vehicle. More than 100 tents were put up for the guests who came here on Friday night to sleep.
Dozens of mountains, including the world's highest peak, Everest, can be seen from Gouritap on the border of Solududhakund Municipality and Nechasalyan Rural Municipality. District Coordination Committee Chief Krishna Prasad Niraula, Nechasalyan Rural Municipality President Dhanjan Rai and Vice President Vina Rai welcomed the guests who came to Gauritap from Kathmandu.
Actor Hamal Patta said that he found Gouritap area as an attractive tourist spot in Nepal and said that everyone should visit their country once. He also emphasized that the state should bring a concrete policy for tourism promotion.
Captain Lama said that Spark Adventure has contributed to the promotion of tourism by saying that it is a place where you can see Mount Everest without getting off the vehicle. Singers Raju Lama and Ani Choing said that Gouritap is extremely beautiful and is a short destination for Nepalis to observe Mount Everest from close.
Roshan Ghimire, the president of Spark Car, said that the annual program for domestic tourism promotion is focused on Solukhumbu and Okhaldhunga.
