Naveen Srivastava, Ambassador of India to Nepal, has come to Taplejung. He came for Pathibhara darshan on Tuesday and held a meeting with the team including Mikwakhola rural municipality president Bhakta Bahadur Karki, vice president Dandu Sherpa, senior administrative officer Bimal Gautam at headquarters Fungling. Ghanendra Thapa, the personal secretary of the village chairman Karki, informed that this matter was discussed. Municipal President Karki also presented a token of love to Ambassador Srivastava. 

According to Chief District Officer Netra Prasad Sharma, they were scheduled to stay in Upper Fedhi on Tuesday and return after reaching Pathibhara on Wednesday. But since he arrived late at the headquarters, Fungling, it is certain that he will stay there on Tuesday, according to administration sources.
