Mahesh Regmi, office assistant of Rawabensi rural municipality, has been found dead. Regmi, a 57-year-old resident of the same rural municipality-1 Kubhinde, was found dead today on the wall of the garden near the house.
Kubinde Ward President Gehendraman Rai has informed that Regmi Goretto was found dead on the fence wall about 8/9 meters down from the road.
Deceased Regmi from his brother's house last night about Ward president Rai says that he was informed that he was walking at 8.30 am. Police Inspector Sushant Mishra of District Police Office Khotang has informed that it is believed that he may have died after falling from the Goreto road. According to police inspector Mishra, the investigation has been started by sending Regmi to the district hospital Diktel for post-mortem.
Regmi, who reached Rawabensi Rural Municipality during staff adjustment through the then Agricultural Development Office Khotang, has a wife, four daughters and a son. Deceased Regmi was compulsorily retiring after 16 months.
