The negotiation committee formed by the Ministry of Home Affairs has invited the 'No Cable Car Group' to the talks again. Prem Prasad Bhattarai, Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Coordinator of the Negotiation Committee, sent a letter addressing Mukkumlung Tangsep Chumbho and Mukkumlung Inter-Party Struggle Committee, Taplejung on Friday.

The local representative of Taplejung has been invited for talks. In the letter, it is reminded that the problems and disputes arising during the construction of the cable car in the Pathibhara area have been continuously negotiated since January 22 in coordination with the relevant stakeholders for a peaceful solution to the problem through dialogue and dialogue. 

In this context, 'I invite the local representatives of Taplejung district to negotiate with the local stakeholders regarding the social, religious, cultural and local demands of the local community raised by the agitating parties and to resolve the problem peacefully through dialogue,' the letter says.

The agitating group had previously demanded that a ministerial negotiation committee should be formed and an official call letter should be sent, the arrestees should be released, the construction work should be stopped, armed forces should be withdrawn from the Pathibhara area and the Janpath police should be withdrawn . Police has prosecuted 18 people in Taplejung.
