A motorcycle trip has been made to Tiptala Bhanjyang in Taplejung, which is 5,100 meters above sea level. Last Wednesday, Chandra Mabo traveled to Tiptala Bhanjyang on a motorcycle for the first time.

The national pride project Tamor Corridor has connected Nepal with India and China. This corridor starts from India's Jogbani and connects with China's Tibet.

Recently, after the Bolero train that reached the border region of China, Olangchungola, was put into operation, the motorcycle reached Tiptala Bhanjyang by crossing another 24 kilometers of difficult mountain roads. Tasi Sherpa, a local and executive member of Paktanglung Rural Municipality-7, Olangchungola, said that although the vehicle had already reached Tiptala, the motorcycle completed the journey for the first time.

He said, 'Motorcycles had reached Olangchungola, but they could not reach Tiptala Bhanjyang.' Further up from Olangchungola there is more complexity. He said that because of the high mountain area, the oxygen will be less, the cold will be too much and the power of the motorcycle will decrease, so it will be a challenging journey.

He said, 'Until now, I have heard that not many people have traveled to Tiptala Bhanjyang by motorcycle, if so, I am the first person to travel on a motorcycle to Tiptala Bhanjyang, which is at an altitude of 5,100 meters.'

Paktanglung rural municipality chairman Rajan Limbu said that with the success of the motorcycle trip to Tiptala Bhanjyang at an altitude of 5,000, the tourism promotion of this area will be developed. According to him, Tiptala area is a commercial center as well as a tourist destination. Limbu says that the arrival of a motorcycle for the first time in this area will become a new destination for adventure tourists as well.

While going to Tiptala Bhangyang, you have to travel uphill through Mowatar (4,200 meters). Aitaraj Thebe, a driver, said that it is difficult to drive a car or motorcycle because the roads in that area are difficult. Thebe said that because there is snow on the road, there is a risk of the vehicle slipping, so you have to travel carefully.

Nepali vehicles and motorcycles reached Tiptala, which connects Nepal and China's self-governing region of Tibet. Local and former ward president Cheten Sherpa said that Nepali motorcycle reached Tiptala Bhanjyang for the first time after the construction of the track under the North-South highway.
