36-year-old Shyam Kumar Bishwakarma of Sundarharaincha Municipality-11 of Morang, the driver of the vehicle with government registration number Ba 1 Jh 4605, has been arrested, but the other driver has left the vehicle and is absconding. The police said that they are also searching for him.
