The savers of Diktel Bazar Paragan Savings and Credit Cooperative have complained that they have not received their savings back. After the savings period ended, they complained that they did not receive the savings amount.
The victims have said that the people doing various businesses in the Diktel market did not return the money they had deposited. Diktel's Sangam toll medical operator Kumar Uparkoti, Diktel's Salleritol dental clinic operator Mahesh Phuyal, Trivenichowk garment shop owner Savita Acharya and Trivenichowk hotelier Yuvraj Katwal have complained that their savings have sunk.
Similarly, Ramesh Basnet, clothing store manager at Diktel Ratnapark, Amir Adhikari working at the counter of Khotang Transport Pvt. at Diktel Kirat Chowk, Netra Katwal of Basecamp also said that they did not get the money back. The savers have said that the cooperative took away the passbook collected by the savers and said that they would return the savings, but they closed the office without returning the savings and passbook.
The savings officer said that when asking for savings, they would give them quickly, but they have not returned it even after a year has passed. 'They say many times, it will happen today, it will happen tomorrow,' he said, 'but the money has not been received.' ; Katwal said that the employees of the cooperative took the passbook to return the savings, but they did not take the passbook. When I went to withdraw the money, there was no money in the account," he said. However, the police have not done anything yet.

cooperative, said that he has already returned the huge amount of most of them and the savings amount of the remaining few people will be returned .
