House of Representatives member Dhan Bahadur Budha has said that he has requested a budget of one billion rupees from the Prime Minister for the construction of the Lasikap-Sisaul road in Dolpa and that he is positive about it. 

A detailed proposal has been submitted through the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, stating that the budget is required to open 33 kilometers of the road under the Bheri Corridor. The proposal includes multi-dimensional plans in the road, health, education, energy, drinking water, tourism, agriculture, sports and information technology sectors.

On the road side, the plans include upgrading the Dunai-Lasicap section along with the Lasikap-Sisaul road, construction and upgrading of the Dunai-Dolpo (Upper Dolpa) road, blacktopping of the Dunai-Jufal road, expansion of the Jufal-Tripurasundari-Supani road, opening of the Tripurasundari-Mukut-Saldang road track, expansion of the internal road network within Kaike Rural Municipality and Thulibheri Municipality, construction of roads connecting various villages, construction of bridges, and rapid construction of the remaining sections of the Bheri Corridor.

In the health sector, plans have been put forward to upgrade the district hospital with specialist services, manage modern equipment, establish a well-equipped hospital in Upper Dolpa, build new health institutions in various places in Lower Dolpa, provide necessary manpower to all health posts, and regularize the supply of medicines.

In the education sector, programs for upgrading the constituent campuses of Tribhuvan University, establishing model residential schools, operating technical and skill-based schools, constructing school buildings, arranging hostels, and improving educational quality have been included.

In the energy and electricity sector, a plan has been proposed to expand the national transmission line, construct small and medium hydropower projects, promote solar and alternative energy, expand access to electricity to households, and ensure the sustainability of electricity services.

In the drinking water and sanitation sector, a program has been proposed to expand safe drinking water projects, conserve sustainable water resources, improve sanitation, and ensure access to clean water in remote settlements.

For tourism promotion, a plan has been proposed to protect religious and natural heritage including Phoksundo Lake, Shey-Phoksundo National Park area, Tripurasundari Temple, build tourist infrastructure, upgrade trekking routes, promote homestays, and promote international publicity.

Prime Minister Balendra Shah also said that the plans recommended by the MPs of the respective districts will be included in the budget with priority, said MP Budha.
