The Karnali Provincial Government has reorganized the Karnali Provincial Sports Development Council. The cabinet meeting held on Thursday decided to appoint new office bearers and nominate members of the council.
The meeting appointed Rabindra Chandra of Birendranagar Municipality-7, Surkhet as the member secretary of the council, while Pramod Hamal of Birendranagar-5 has been given the responsibility of vice-chairman.
According to government spokesperson and Minister for Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperatives Binod Kumar Shah, Pankh Bahadur Malla of Khandachakra Municipality-7, Kalikot, Bhim Kumari Bhusal of Birendranagar-3, Surkhet, Gorkha Bahadur Shahi of Chankheli Rural Municipality-4, Humla, Pawan Kumar Thapa of Dullu Municipality-8, Dailekh, and Kiran Kishore Sapkota of Birendranagar-4, Surkhet have been nominated as members of the council.
