The driver of a jeep has died in an accident on a dirt road near Kangre Khola in Mudkechula Rural Municipality-3 of Dolpa. The jeep driver, Salman Rokaya, 23, a resident of Bhotgaun, Mudkechula-3 and currently residing in Triveni, Rukum West, has died in the accident.
At 5:28 am on Tuesday, the police said that the Bolero jeep (Bhe 1 Ja 3970) heading towards Triveni (Rukum West) from Kharka lost control and fell about 40 meters off the road.
It is said that there were no passengers in the jeep except the driver, who was returning after delivering chickens.
Further investigation is underway into the cause of the accident, the police said.
