Ten people were injured in an autorickshaw accident in Salyan on Monday afternoon.
The accident occurred near the quarters of the Water Supply and Energy Development Office in Ward 2, Khalanga, of Sharada Municipality-1, Ra 1 Ha 2195 autorickshaw.
All the injured are being treated at the District Hospital, Salyan, said Deputy Superintendent of Police of the District Police Office, Salyan, Dr. Hem Bahadur KC. The accident occurred around 3 pm on Monday.
The autorickshaw, which was carrying 11 people including the driver, lost control and fell 500 meters off the road. He said that the autorickshaw driver, Arjun Dangi, 25, of Sharada Municipality-6, has been taken into custody.
