After four years, irrigation has reached Hiakhola Jiulo located in Jumla Tatopani Rural Municipality-6. In the year 2079, most of the land was becoming barren after the flood that came along with the incessant rain destroyed the valley.
Now Tatopani Rural Municipality has informed that they have brought water from Tila River up to 2 kilo meters and brought irrigation to Jiulo. After many years, the farmers are excited after the rains in Jiulo. Now, in addition to the continuous cultivation of rice paddy, it has become easy to irrigate fruit orchards including apples.
The federal government allocated 88 million rupees for the construction of the canal that was swept away by the flood. After the budget of the central government and the vigilance of the local government, water has reached Jiulo.

HDPE pipe has been used for 250 meters, in which a 20 HP pump has been used,' added Engineer Budha, 'Hiakhola residents will no longer suffer from irrigation shortage.' Village Chairman Nanda Prasad Chaulagai informed that it will be run by electricity in the near future. Now it will be green. Farmers will be able to produce agricultural produce with confidence.'
