Speaker Gurung said that 64 hours, 42 minutes and 40 seconds of time was spent in the assembly in 34 sittings during the current sixth session.
The sixth session of the Karnali State Assembly has ended. The cabinet meeting of the Karnali state government on Wednesday decided to recommend to the Karnali state chief to end the sixth session of the second term of the state assembly.
Speaker Nanda Gurung informed that according to the recommendation received from the Chief Minister's Office for the end of the session, Karnali Province Chief Yagya Raj Joshi has ended the current sixth session of the second term of the Karnali Provincial Assembly from 12 pm on Wednesday in accordance with Article 183, Clause 2 of the Constitution of Nepal.
Speaker Gurung said that 64 hours, 42 minutes and 40 seconds of time spent in the meeting were held in 34 meetings in the current sixth session. According to him, today's 34th meeting of the sixth session of the second term of the Provincial Assembly has passed a bill to regulate the management of pesticides in Karnali Province.
