The infrastructure development directorate has blacklisted the road upgradation work under the urban road in the Birendranagar planning area for not completing it on time, despite the contract being extended several times.

Since the contract was signed, no progress has been seen, no sufficient resources have been sent to the construction site, no work has been done even under the supervision of the engineer, no daily progress report has been given and it is clear that there has been a violation of Article 111 A of the Contract Regulations.
