The construction of Beili Bridge has been completed in Lotikhola of Changkheli Rural Municipality connecting Humla and Mugu. The work of installing Beilibridge has been completed at a cost of 40 million 98 million.

According to Chief Engineer of Infrastructure Development Office, Nareshraj Jaisile, the 42 meter long belay bridge is 10 meters above the Karnali River.

Parylal Shahi, Chairman of Changkheli Rural Municipality, said that the problem of moving three wards of Changkheli Rural Municipality to the rural municipality center has ended. According to him, after continuous initiatives  Belybridge was completed in a short time. 

The bridge has not only saved the citizens of Mugu, Jumla and others from having to go through Bajura to visit Kailash Mansarovar and the citizens of Humla to see Raratal, now they will have direct access to the district headquarters. The Humla Mugu Link will be officially inaugurated on the 13th of July. This Bely Bridge has been constructed after about four years of completion of the Rural Access Program (Rap Three) from Salisalla in Changkheli to Bhatyachour in Mugu district. 

Government of Karnali province under the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Urban Development, Directorate of Infrastructure Development under the agreement with the District Infrastructure Development Office on 23rd November 2081 and completed on 22nd June, the Belybridge was completed in about five months.
