The Khadang-Tripurakot road section under the Bheri corridor has been completely blocked.
The road section was blocked after a landslide occurred at two places in Tripurasundari Municipality, Chiplevhir and Siureni.
Since the main corridor to enter Dolpa is blocked, vehicles have not been able to cross.
Police Inspector Topendra Budha of District Police Office Dolpa informed that the excavators have started going from the pit as coordination is being done to remove the landslide. He said, "Police teams have been deployed from two checkpoints." It is estimated that the excavator will take about three hours to remove the landslide due to its large size. Now even the movement of motorcycles has stopped.
It is said that the landslide occurred due to the sudden rain on Tuesday night.
