Chief District Officer of Dolpo Rom Bahadur Mahat has informed that the process of establishing an office in Dolpo Buddha Rural Municipality-1 is underway.
Prazia Mahat said, 'Details were requested from the Ministry of Home Affairs regarding the establishment of an area administration office in Upper Dolpa, we have filled all the details as requested.'
It is said that Dolpo Buddha Rural Municipality will provide the building for the office operation at that time.
Since it takes three to four days to reach the headquarters from Upper Dolpa, taxi locals have complained that they have to face a lot of problems in getting government service facilities such as citizenship, passport, sim pass.
