The Karnali state government has given approval to submit three bills in the state assembly. Such a decision was taken at a meeting held at the office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers in Surkhet Birendra Nagar.
According to the letter dated 11th Chait, 2081, the meeting has decided to approve the 'Bill to amend the Local Services (Formation and Operation) Act, 2081' registered in the Karnali State Assembly.
Similarly, Vinod Kumar Shah, the spokesperson of the Karnali Province Government and the Minister of Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperatives informed that the decision to approve the 'Karnali Province Conditional Grant Procedure, 2082' has been made.
Likewise, Spokesman Shah said that the Cabinet meeting held today approved the Bill, 2081 to make arrangements for the management of Karnali Province Biocides, with amendments received from the Administration and Bills Committee.
The cabinet meeting of the Karnali state government held on the 21st of Baisakh had decided to recommend to the Karnali state chief Yagya Raj Joshi that the meeting of the state assembly be convened on the 28th of Baisakh.
