A man was found dead in Salyan. 55-year-old Dilli Wali of Bagchaur Municipality-4 was found dead in Darma Rural Municipality-4 of the district.
According to Deputy Superintendent Keshar Kumar Neupane, District Police Office, Salyan, Wali went to his son's in-laws' house to eat rice on Friday morning. He was found dead on the road half an hour away from home while walking.
Locals informed the police after finding Wali dead and the team of Police Inspector Resham Bahadur Khatri of District Police Office Salyan reached the spot and found no injuries on Wali's body.
The cause of Wali's death is not known, the body of the deceased has been brought to the district hospital Salyan for post-mortem and the incident is being investigated, the police said.
